First visits last a full hour. The first ten minutes are just a conversation.

Time to talk first

Every first visit starts with a conversation in an upright chair, not a reclined one.

Prices before treatment

You get a written estimate with options. Nothing is booked until you say yes.

You're in control

Raise your hand and we stop. Straight away, every time, no questions asked.

Your first visit

What happens, step by step.

Knowing what comes next takes most of the worry away. Here's exactly how your first hour with us goes.

  1. Book in two minutes

Request a time online or call the front desk. There's a box to tell us anything that worries you, and we read it before you arrive.

    Before your visit
  2. Settle in

Your short health form is done online beforehand, so you arrive to a quiet lounge, a glass of water and no clipboard.

    5 minutes
  3. Talk, then a gentle check

We ask what you'd like from your teeth, then examine at your pace. X-rays only when they'll change a decision, and we show you what we see on screen.

    35 minutes
  4. Leave with a clear plan

A written plan with priced options, what's urgent and what can wait. If you'd like, your clean happens the same day.

Plenty of people put off the dentist because of one bad experience. We won't lecture you about how long it's been. We'll start where you are, explain each step before it happens, and go at the pace you set.

Just want to meet us first?

Book a 20-minute "hello" visit. No treatment, no instruments, and you don't have to sit in the chair. It's complimentary.

Questions

Good to know.

Something we haven't answered? Call (555) 010-4821 or add it to your booking request.

I haven't been to a dentist in years. Will I be judged?

No. Long gaps are common, and the reasons are usually good ones: cost, fear, a move, a busy decade. We focus on where your teeth are today and what you'd like to do next.

How long is a first visit?

About an hour. That covers a conversation, a full check, any X-rays you need and a written plan. If you'd like your clean on the same day, we'll book a little extra time.

From what age do you see children?

From their first tooth, ideally by their first birthday. Early visits are short and relaxed, and they make later check-ups much easier. Parents always stay in the room.

Do you work with dental insurance?

Yes. Bring your insurance details to your first visit and we'll check your benefits before any treatment, show you what you're likely to pay yourself, and submit the claim for you.

Are dental X-rays safe?

We use digital X-rays, which need a much lower dose than traditional film, and we only take them when the answer will change what we recommend.

What should I do in a dental emergency?

Call us as early in the day as you can. We'll ask a few questions, give you advice for right now and offer you the earliest same-day slot. If a tooth has been knocked out, keep it in milk and come straight in.

Ready when you are.

Book online in two minutes, or call and talk to a real person at the front desk. Tell us if you're nervous; we'll plan around it.
