Children's dentistry
A bright room, a slower pace and plain explanations. First visits are mostly about making friends with the chair.
Family & cosmetic dentistry
Check-ups, children's care, clear aligners and whitening in a small, light-filled studio. We explain everything before we start, and we never rush you out of the chair.
First visits last a full hour. The first ten minutes are just a conversation.
Every first visit starts with a conversation in an upright chair, not a reclined one.
You get a written estimate with options. Nothing is booked until you say yes.
Raise your hand and we stop. Straight away, every time, no questions asked.
Your first visit
Knowing what comes next takes most of the worry away. Here's exactly how your first hour with us goes.
Request a time online or call the front desk. There's a box to tell us anything that worries you, and we read it before you arrive.
Before your visitYour short health form is done online beforehand, so you arrive to a quiet lounge, a glass of water and no clipboard.
5 minutesWe ask what you'd like from your teeth, then examine at your pace. X-rays only when they'll change a decision, and we show you what we see on screen.
35 minutesA written plan with priced options, what's urgent and what can wait. If you'd like, your clean happens the same day.

Treatments
From a toddler's first check-up to straightening a smile you've lived with for decades. Each treatment page shows what happens and what it typically costs.
A bright room, a slower pace and plain explanations. First visits are mostly about making friends with the chair.
Removable, near-invisible trays that straighten teeth gradually, with a 3D preview of your result before you commit.
A thorough look and a gentle clean, with warm water and numbing gel if your teeth are sensitive.
Custom take-home trays or one in-chair session, after a check that your teeth will respond well.
Tooth-coloured fillings and natural-looking crowns, shade-matched in daylight by the window.
Toothache, a broken tooth or a lost filling? We keep appointments free every day we're open for same-day care.
For nervous patients
Plenty of people put off the dentist because of one bad experience. We won't lecture you about how long it's been. We'll start where you are, explain each step before it happens, and go at the pace you set.
Book a 20-minute "hello" visit. No treatment, no instruments, and you don't have to sit in the chair. It's complimentary.

No. Long gaps are common, and the reasons are usually good ones: cost, fear, a move, a busy decade. We focus on where your teeth are today and what you'd like to do next.
About an hour. That covers a conversation, a full check, any X-rays you need and a written plan. If you'd like your clean on the same day, we'll book a little extra time.
From their first tooth, ideally by their first birthday. Early visits are short and relaxed, and they make later check-ups much easier. Parents always stay in the room.
Yes. Bring your insurance details to your first visit and we'll check your benefits before any treatment, show you what you're likely to pay yourself, and submit the claim for you.
We use digital X-rays, which need a much lower dose than traditional film, and we only take them when the answer will change what we recommend.
Call us as early in the day as you can. We'll ask a few questions, give you advice for right now and offer you the earliest same-day slot. If a tooth has been knocked out, keep it in milk and come straight in.
Book online in two minutes, or call and talk to a real person at the front desk. Tell us if you're nervous; we'll plan around it.
